Don't let the summer heat win.

Aloha,

As we're getting closer to the 4th of July, we start to reminisce on things that happened around that time during our youth period from running through the sprinklers to epic water balloon fights maybe even a few Roman Candle duels happened. Alex and I were thinking about all of the crazy crap that we've done throughout the years. Some of it has been more recent than we'd like to admit. And I can say personally that some of them should have resulted in trips to the hospital, but we are too stupid to go.

Summertime is a time for family, community, and just plain having fun with your neighbors. Let us not forget that we are all part of the same human family. Whether we're fat or skinny tall or short, we were all brought to this earth to coexist peacefully.

I know as we go throughout the summer right now, we're seeing record temperatures throughout many portions of the world. With temperatures in Siberia getting to 118 degrees we can only imagine what the rest of the summer is going to be like. That is why the Fat Guyz want to remind you that there or other ways to handle the frustration of summer heat.

One of our favorite ways to handle the frustrations of summer heat is to sit in the sprinklers, Notice I didn't say run through the sprinklers. When you're as big as we are running is not a safe bet. Sitting in the shade with a nice cool drink is never a bad choice. And all of this can be done during a Family barbecue. Even though it's hot outside we don't have to let her temperatures get hot.

Remember in all of this we are all connected, so stay cool. Both figuratively and literally.

Mahalo much for everyone who has been listening to the podcast. It causes a lot of fat guy giggles when we think about the reactions that people are having as they're listening to our podcast.

Mahalo again,

The Fat Guyz

Let’s be honest here… it’s summer, you’re fat, and typically it’s the time of year when people tend to shed clothes to embrace the heat of the season. Being a bigger person, it’s not outside the realm
